Do we keep our domain?
Yes! You can either use our included subdomain (yourclub.horsify.com.au) or connect your existing domain. We'll help you with the DNS setup if needed.
Do we have to move our nominations to Horsify?
No. You can keep using whatever entry system your club runs today and still have a ClubSite. List your events on your new site and point the "Enter now" button at your existing platform, or at an email address. Horsify's own entries, memberships and payments are included and ready whenever your committee decides to switch — there's no deadline and no pressure to do it mid-season.
Can members pay online?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Members can pay for memberships, event entries, and other fees online with credit/debit card. You receive automatic receipts and reporting.
Do we need tech skills?
No technical skills required. The admin portal is designed for committee members with basic computer skills. We provide training as part of setup, and ongoing support is included in your monthly fee.
How long to go live?
Typically 2-3 weeks from sign-up to launch. This includes setup, content migration, branding, training, and testing. Rush setups available for urgent needs.
Can we migrate our existing website?
Yes. Basic content migration is included in the setup fee. We'll help transfer your existing pages, news posts, and member data. For larger migrations, we can provide a custom quote.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. ClubSite comes with a 60-day free trial — no credit card, setup fee waived. Launch offer: start your trial on or before 1 November 2026 and the trial runs for 6 months instead. We'll email you before it ends; add a payment method to continue, or do nothing and the plan simply stops. You're never charged without adding a card first.
What support is included?
